In industrial production processes, the importance of surface finishing is significant. Preparing a metal material for subsequent processing stages (such as painting or coating) requires high-quality and consistent surface properties. Our LNR series machines provide maximum capacity production without manual intervention through full automation and sequential surface finishing systems. High processing capacity, high profitability, and unlimited automation possibilities are characteristic features of these machines.

With a processing length of up to 6.5 meters, they have the capacity to process a wide range of materials. The material falls to the head of the mass finishing drum, which moves horizontally via a conveyor, and spirals along the drum to the end. This process takes between 10 to 20 minutes, depending on the process conditions.

The material, which has completed the surface finishing process, exits the drum and is separated from the abrasive stones by vibratory sieves. The separated abrasives continuously feed the system via a conveyor. An automatic sieve system that separates broken and reduced abrasive stones is also available. Post-process washing and drying operations can be integrated if needed.

Thanks to the PLC-supported control panel, the entire process can be controlled, and various process recipes can be created for different material types. While the entire system can be controlled with a single control panel, it also communicates with machines that handle pre- and post-processes under mass production conditions, providing solutions for Industry 4.0 applications. All consumptions and daily capacities can be reported instantly with these systems.

Thanks to Kromaş's integrated wastewater and recycling systems, water and chemical savings are achieved, positively contributing to the cost per unit product. At the same time, it plays an active role in environmental protection by collecting process waste.
